Featured Artist: Kathy Gray Goes to Springfield

And we mean Springfield, Illinois.

Kathy Gray has been working over 10 years with Black Cat Studio. We have seen her paint panoramic landscapes (“A Morning to Remember”, 18×60), and the view looking down from the top of the Golden Gate ( “North Tower” best painting, Marin County Fair).

Now her latest endeavor is a portrait of Abraham Lincoln (oil/canvas, 44×72) shown here. This year seems to be the year of Lincoln, with renewed interest in our most famous president, and the release of the Oscar winning Spielberg movie.
